Join us for a fantastic line-up of family activities: meet Saxon warriors and craftspeople, hear stories inspired by real discoveries, and take part in activities for all ages for our SAXONS exhibition family fun day, try your hand at Easter-themed science experiments with our Eggcellent Science workshops, make a hopping lamb or a hatching chick with our Easter craft days and hunt for eggs around our site with our Easter hunt!
You can also try your hand at real Saxon crafts: weave a basket, carve a pattern, make a Saxon saucer brooch and sculp a clay tile.
These activities are a mix of drop-in and taught sessions.
